What Happens in the Event of an Emergency?

Should something happen while you rent from us, you will be notified right away. Anything from a natural disaster to a payment coming due is communicated with our customers to make sure that nothing takes them by surprise. 

What Kind of Storage Unit is Right for Me?

Truth be known, the storage unit size you need depends on how much you plan on storing. Larger objects need more space and it might be smart to look for units with drive-up access when storing bulky things. If, however, you need to store a few small boxes, an upper-level unit might suit your needs better. Having a unit where you need it, which includes for loading and unloading purposes, will always be in your best interests.

How Should I Prepare My Belongings for Storage? 

Preparing your belongings for storage is often much more difficult than it first appears. First, decide what should go into storage, then ensure that everything is appropriately packed and labeled to make finding things easier.  

We offer a guide to packing a first time storage unit rental. 

• Make sure large appliances are clean. Remove crumbs, residue and any residual water in pipes. This will keep mold and mildew from forming. 
• Cover furniture when possible. Covered furniture should be loose enough to maintain consistent air flow. Smothering furniture shortens its lifespan and results in musty furniture. 
• Label boxes clearly. Be sure that all moving boxes are appropriately labeled for easy navigation. When possible, keep similar boxes together. 
• Use all available space. When possible, use the inside of drawers, cabinets, and appliances as additional storage space. This will allow you to fit more things with ease.
